Description: With this tool you are able to view the animations captured by Edison Carter's CheatDevice via the PSP Web Browser through the address 'file:/viewer.htm'. It works for all firmware above 2.0, so most people shouldn't have compatibility issues. The installation seems rather easy, and the layout is user-friendly and customizable.
