Description: Final Justice is a total conversion modification for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
The mod features a range of new enhancements in the game:
Vehicles:- All vehicles (cars/boats/helicopters etc) have been replaced with high quality ones based on real life models</li>
- Every vehicle was carefully
handpicked for this mod and fits in perfectly in the game</li> - The original vehicle balance
has been maintained: sedans/sports/racing/4x4 etc are all where they should be in the game</li> - Every car not only looks
good but handles uniquely as well, handlings have been applied to suit the car types</li> - All cars are based on
popular 60s-80s muscle cars such as: Ford Mustang Boss 429, Chevrolet Chevelle (streetmachine version), Chevrolet Corvette Stingray etc.</li> - All extra IDEs have been
used to fill the mod with the maximum number of vehicles</li>
Map:- The game will feature a number of new map modifications which occupy some of the free space on the map</li>
- This includes a beach skate park for doing some insane stunts on your bike</li>
- A beach rally park to take your favourite 4x4 off road</li>
- A graveyard which is not just used by the pedestrians for mourning their loved ones you ran over but also has some cool jump ramps to use for wild jumps</li>
- Another stunt park near the stadium which has a loop-de-loop perfect for a bike or a car</li>
- A Seven Eleven corner store</li>
- A Dunkin Donuts shop</li>
- A McDonalds restaurant</li>
- Many other buildings such as Pizza Hut replaces original pizza restaurants</li>
- All new advertising billboards</li>
- All new Bus Shelters for pedestrians to use to wait for the bus or just stare at its advertisements</li>
Graphical:- The mod features all new graphical effects such as realistic water reflections, realistic sunlight, matrix style bullet trails (way cooler than original smoke), all new skid marks made by me, realistic fire and explosion effects and realistic blood</li>
- Many other enhancements have been featured to make the gameplay smoother taking advantage of player's hardware</li>
- All new intro/outro screens</li>
- All vehicles have been adjusted appropriately with realistic reflection maps etc to add realism to the game</li>
Audio:- The mod features all new and realistic police and ambulance sirens</li>
- Other audio
enhancements include a better tyre screech sound, some new weapons have new sounds etc</li>
Weapons:- The mod will have all new and realistic weapons guaranteed to deliver mayhem and chaos in the streets of Vice City</li>
- Each weapon is specifically designed for the game and fits in well</li>
- All weapons have an icon in the HUD</li>
Heads Up Display (HUD):- The all new HUD will feture
San Andreas type item icons to match the current weapon in hand</li> - It also features an optional Analog Speedometer from the game Need for Speed Underground which realistically shows the revs and the speed of cars (in kph or mph)</li>
Theme of the mod- As the game was designed to represent the 80s look and feel of sunny Miami, Florida, all cars are
realistic muscle cars based on 80s and pre 80s era models</li> - The bikes in the game
however could not be converted to 80s models as i could not find one good model from that era on the net. Although the featured bikes are
one of the highest quality bikes that were made for Vice City: Ducati 996s, Yamaha YZF R1, Suzuki GSX R1000, Yamaha 450F, Suzuki Address</li>
Video:- The mod will have an all new action packed Intro Video featuring the new cars and and is set to Syntax's Destiny soundtrack</li>
- This video has two versions:
1. The regular movie which cwill be included with the mod.
2. A bonus
extended version as a trailer released on this website (this video has an extra scene at the end).</li>
