Weather Tool

Description: GTA:VC Weather Tool lets you continually update the weather in the game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, with the most desired feature being that it can download a Weather.com webpage and find out the current weather from it. So if you find the weather for your area on weather.com, as soon as it starts raining outside, it will rain in the game also - Nice eh? :)
