Extreme Save Patch V1.1

Description: This innovative patch by yours truly will allow you to save anywhere in game on foot. Saving in cars or on a mission will crash when loaded. Thanks to ST.MU for the Menu Tools and Click Team for their patch creator. Now includes uninstaller.
