Uzi Money - Purple Nines Fix

Description: Most people are familiar with the Purple Nines glitch. If you've played through "Rumble" and later start a new game, there's a chance that Purple Nines won't even appear on the street, making the mission "Uzi Money" unpassable. On PlayStation 2, you're screwed and have to start a new game with your memory card unplugged. On PC however, you can use this fix. And if you're using v1.0 of the GTA3.exe, you can even implement it while the game is running and next time you play "Uzi Money", your targets will be Red Nines and the mission is passable regardless.
