Description: This tool allows you to easily modify your handling.dat, carcols.dat and vehicle.ide files.
The software is in french language. Some translations (French to English):
"Changer le handling.dat" = change handling.dat
"Changer le carcols.dat" = change carcols.dat
"Changer le vehicle.ide" = change vehicle.ide
